Who are we?
The St Matthew’s Centre is a multi-use community centre in the North of Glasgow. We have office and activity spaces available for hire, deliver our own program of activities and work with others in the community to provide support and deliver events. Everyone is welcome and we are always keen to hear about what activities and events local people would like to see!
Our Tenants
We are home to two fantastic organisations who focus on supporting a more connected, healthy and well community.
Concrete Garden
Concrete Garden is a community run urban garden, food growing and waste reduction project in Possilpark. We provide garden plots, cookery classes, grow your own food courses, play sessions and community events. We work together on communal vegetable plots at our social gardening sessions and learn together about growing, composting and wildlife gardening.
The Place
The Place is our second building which offers more privacy from the everyday comings and goings of the main building. It is suitable for office space, hot desking and running more private groups including different kinds of therapies. Get in touch for more information.
